NCC has released a Plan to facilitate the deployment of 5G Technology.

NCC has released a Plan consultation document which outlines strategies that Nigeria will adopt to facilitate the
deployment of 5G Technology. It outlines critical strategies that will be engaged to enable the nation derive maximum benefits from the technology, while promoting public-private
participation. The Commission will continue to engage with all relevant stakeholders in the
country and also maintain active participation at the different global fora to ensure that the benefits
of the technology are maximized in Nigeria. This Plan is a living document and will be updated as
the need arises.
