The Department of Information Communications Technology (DICT), in the Republic of Seychelles has updated its requirements for obtaining Type Approval in Seychelles. From the 8th of March 2021, It is now a mandatory requirement to pay a fee to obtain Type Approval in Seychelles.
To obtain Type Approval Certificate in Seychelles, manufacturers are required by the DICT to meet the the following requirements:
– provide test reports that show compliance to International standards (FCC / ETSI standards)
– Declaration or certificate of conformity ( EMC, Safety and Radio Frequency Spectrum)
There are no sample requirements at the moment for obtaining certification in Seychelles.
